[Bug] NPCs doesn't spawn.

The NPCs doesn't spawn when I try to spawn them. They immediatly despawn after any try. I already tried altering the configurations of the world to try fixing but nothing worked. I also saw another bug of the same king with other person, and their problem had not been solved, so I'm trying as well.

And here's some lines of the debug.log that I found in order to someone see if the problem is there:
