[Bug] Trading Isn't working for older NPCs

Describe the bug 🐞
I have a world with over 30 NPCs and I updated the mod and now all the NPCs that had trading won't open the trading menu. I have tried different methods and I cannot seem to figure it out.
To Reproduce ⚙️
Have an NPC with trades and dialog then update the mod.
Expected behavior ✔️
I expected the trading menu to pop up as usual.
Thank you for the report. This behavior is expected and was mentioned in the changelog for version 5.5.1:
Note: Due to changes and fixes in the trading data, some data will be reset. You will need to edit the trades again, and they will be saved in the new format.
Please try adjusting the trades to ensure they are saved in the new format.
If the issue persists, you may need to fully reconfigure the trades to store them correctly.
This issue is stale because it has been open 7 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 3 days.
