so im running a server and my friends cant see the skin that i use for the npc, what can i do for them to see the skin that i use for my npc,,, im using a Exaroton Server and my server is Forge 1.20.1

Remember, in multiplayer, all players must have the same skins in the same folders.
Otherwise, they will see the default skin instead.

Make sure to copy your skins into your friends' corresponding config folders as well.
