Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is:
I'm able to put skins in the custom skin folder, and they appear on the villagers perfectly. Unfortunately no one can see them but me. What am I doing wrong?

I highly recommend starting a discord for your mods if there isnt one already. If there is, it's impossible to find. I love your mods!

As mentioned in the wiki every player needs to have the example same skin files in their folder e.g. over an mod pack / resource pack.
If you are using "player" based or "remote" skins they should be automatically downloaded to all players automatically.

Unfortunately for several technical and security reason I will not implement an automatic up/download for skins files in the config directory.
