I have made statues out of 2 NPCs utilizing the Rotation "lock" option. When the server restarts, the NPCs forget that feature exists. Here you will see how the NPCs should be. Here you'll see how they are after the restart.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use NPC in server, select a rotation and check "lock"
2. restart the server
3. see that the "lock" option is now unselected
