there is a bug when i hover to pick sometimg it gives me another item that is far away and also when u scrol with mouse tweaks mod the shulker go to the container

Picking a wrong item should be fixed in the 1.21.1 version.
Mouse Tweaks is incompatible unfortunately as Fabric Api does not provide common hooks for handling mouse scrolling.

does this also apply for neoforge?
