My suggestion is to allow players to (again) connect to a server that runs Easy Shulker Boxes without the player's client running the mod.

I've previously run a 1.21.0 server and was able to run this mod on the server without preventing people playing vanilla from joining.
I've since updated the server to 1.21.5 and the appropriate version of Easy Shulker Boxes now requires any player who tries to connect to the server to have the mod installed on their client.

Any player who joined without the mod previously could even still use most of the functionality, with the caveat that the visual interface was non-existent.

Please share the error message the client shows when disconnected and the log.
