I set the trader restock to 10(min) 20(max) ticks and noticed that all traders except for farmer was restocking.
This seems to only affect farmer Trader without the composter.

Place villager in a Farming block
Place same villager in Trader block without composter
Block doesn't follow restock config settings

I don't know how difficult it would to add functionality so it would be a good idea mention restock wont work for traders unless they have the proper "job site block".
