Villagers takes much space and are vulnerable to lightning and zombies

A trading block.
A block you craft with th workstation it will be using and a slot for a villager.
Or maybe a general trading block with one spot for the villager and one slot for the workstation.
It should also have the swap trade like in normal villager gui

Thats basically what the trader block does. If you mean multiple traders in one block, that won't be a thing

Hmm i only have iron farm, Breeder, converte, Incubator and picked villager in my creative menu.
