Villager trades are never restored while he is in trader

Bug description
When villager in Trader block his trades are never restored, many hours passed but his trades are still not available.
Minecraft version
1.20.1
Mod version
1.20.1-1.1.23
Mod loader and version
Forge 47.3.7
Steps to reproduce
- Put villager in Trader
- Trade until his offer is out of stock
- Trade is not restocked no matter how much time has passed
Expected behavior
Trades restocked as in vanilla minecraft

@henkelmax after seeing how many issues were created for this topic and some (older ones?) referring to videos on the mod page, maybe it's not well enough explained? On the readme and on curseforge all it says is
This block also allows the villager to restock in non-working hours. The restocking time of the villager is not dependent on any external sources like day/night time or dimension.
Also in the videos I cannot see any workstation. Maybe the wording can be improved a bit here? Would probably save you some time.
