Bug description

Getting Server crashes somehow with the trader.

1.21.1

Mod version

1.21.1

Mod loader and version

NeoForge 21.1.90

Steps to reproduce

Placing cartographer/villager into trader
adding cartographer table
Trading till level up (1->2)
crash

Expected behavior

That he just level up like the others, don't have any problem on the server with the rest somehow.

Just tested again, Cartographer got removed after restarting server not even full level up.
And some who got level up went back to novice-> These are fisherman, forester, florist.
The items from the trading are all in my inventory just reverted there level up.

Somehow the it got fixed and I do not know why or how, now it works and I can't reproduce the issue anymore.
