Bug description
in my modpack wehn i spawn a villiger using the egg he is novice and has the cycle button but as soon as i make a trade it vanishes

• Minecraft version 1.16.5
• Forge version 36.1.0
• Mod Version 1.0.9

This is completely intended, since you can't change trades if you traded with a villager.

but it never comes back? so the higher possibilitys my trader has can never be uncoverd?
could it be a possibility to add a config to make it always avaible?

This is not possible. This is a vanilla game mechanic.
