As a person that likes to have an ongoing living village, I am always bothered by cats that keep on spawning overtime

Since this mod is all about easy villager life, I thought to suggest a feature to prevent cats from re-spawning in villages, they will only spawn in newly generated villages

The feature should be configurable

This feature has nothing to do with this mod.
If you use the villagers in the blocks of this mod, cats won't spawn anyways.
This mod also does not modify any vanilla behavior.
