Auto Trader in 1.16.3

I notice that in 1.16.3 Auto trader in @EasyViilager in JEI is nonexistent and crafting it isn't possible either.

Then I went and used a 1.16.5 and auto trader was existing there.

Is there no Auto Trader in 1.16.3, and if no, will it be implemented soon?

It is only available in the latest version.
No, I will only update the latest version of every major release.
