Game Crashes when I click on the trade cycle button (Version 1.17.1-1.0.7)

Bug description
I am able to start up a world as normal, and interact with a villager who has a profession by right clicking. However, as soon as I hover my mouse over the cycle trade button, the game crashes instantly.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Create Superflat World in Creative mode
- Go to nearest village
- Find any villager with a profession
- Interact with them by right clicking, and move mouse over cycle trade button
Expected behavior
This should refresh the available trades for my villager, not crash the game.

Other mods
I tried this after removing all other mods, but the issue still occurs.
