Bug description
You are able to convert Villagers with just a Golden Apple

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Place Villager in Converter
2. Place Golden Apple in Converter
   Villager starts converting.

Expected behavior
You need to add the Potion of Weakness to start the conversion process

Doesn't seem to be happening anymore in newer versions.

I can confirm this is still happening in 1.20.1-1.0.16 (forge version 47.2.17).

I've just tried it again in version 1.20.2-1.0.17 (forge version 48.1.0), without any other mods only Easy Villagers and it still happens. To reproduce it, simple run the same versions insert any villager, golden apples and one potion after the conversion just drag the villager from the output slot back to the input slot where there should be golden apples already if not just add those and you'll see it converts the villager a second time without a potion. Now when you relog or maybe even reload the chunks (haven't tested that, only relog has been tested) it does require a potion again.
