Describe the bug
Sometimes the preview overlay ("Shift + Right-click") appears when it should not, and sometimes it doesn't appear when it should.

Expected behavior
The preview and "Shift + Right-click" should only appear when the Tome contains a book corresponding to the block currently being looked at. It should not appear once the Tome has been converted into a guide book.
