Describe the bug
Unable to add Puny Smelting from Tinkers' Construct to the Tome

To Reproduce
Try to craft Puny Smelting with Eccentric Tome

Expected behavior
I should be able to add Puny Smelting to the Tome

I just had a really old config file. Deleting eccentrictome-common.toml and relaunching fixed the issue.
