[Bug]: Normal Azalea Trees are still spawning & there is way too many Azalea Trees under certain circumstances

In the image here, there's four Azalea trees but three of them are OAK ones when the config setting is suppose to be replacing them completely. It seems like that the config setting isn't working and just allowing these oak ones spawn a lot when in this instance is suppose to only just have the one tree with the new Azalea wood.
