Describe the bug

After I edit a sign and click 'Done,' my changes aren't displayed. It appears that the changes aren't saved either given that attempts to edit the same sign only shows the original text. This issue is limited only to changing a sign; I'm still able to create new signs without any problems.

Note that I'm trying to run this mod on my client with a server that is not running the mod.

I think the mod will have to be installed server side too.

What happens is that a sign is marked as non editable after being placed and only the server can make that change (basically the mod marks the sign as editable again and opens the GUI).
