Idea for EE3

This is an idea that I have been wanting to see in a mod for a while. can you somehow make it so that there is a block you walk into and (without going to another demension) go into a room. behind the block you walk into there would be nothing. Is this possible?
This....isn't exactly clear. Can you describe it more? Talk out what you expect to happen?
It seems to be essentially what a TARDIS would be

@SporNight @Colonel-Rogue I don't think it's technically possible to create TARDIS-like rooms in Minecraft... Although it would be awesome, yes.
Theoretically you could just fool the player into thinking he's been
absorbed into the blocks when he's in fact been teleported somewhere else

I dont know precisly what tardis is, but from what i undrstand, that is what would like. It could be that you are transfered to another "demension" but you can still see back to where other side is, maybe using imilar code to what Portal gun uses
