The alchemical chest opens up even if there is a solid on top of it. Vanilla chests refuse to open if that happens. Is this a feature of the alchemical chest or a bug?

In EE2 if a solid block was on top of a chest it would still open, hence this initial implementation in EE3. Upon further reflection it seems more logical that the chest wouldn't open.

So from now on Alchemical Chests will not open if there is a solid block on top of it.
