I think pahimar mentioned this in his livestream but neither the minium stone nor the p stone transmutes blocks properly. Wood logs appear to transmute into spruce logs but that is about all and even they are unreliable 90% of the time.

Bugs related to porting to MC 1.5.1. This is why we don't have a 1.5.1 version yet.

If you mean transmutation in the world, then I have fixed that, but the pull request just isn't accepted yet
