I believe you should add a shapeless recipe to allow for the minium stone to be repaired with 1, 4, or 8 minium shards.

In issue #289, pahimar said he did not want the minium stone to be repairable; as he put it: "some tools should not be repairable". This is not something he was looking to adding to EE3
