Items missing EMC value

I've noticed that some vanilla items don't have EMC values. Some of common ore dictionary items also don't.
So I thought opening an issue where people could indicate what items are missing EMC values and perhaps even suggest one.

Here are the ones I've noticed that have missing values:

Vanilla:
Bedrock (a few mods make it mineable so why not give it a value?)
Enchanted Books (perhaps the value could be calculated using the rarity + level of the enchant?)
Spawn Eggs (maybe not necessary)
Heads
Dragon Egg

Modded:
Steel
Aluminium
Nickel and Platinum (Ferrous and Shiny from Thermal Expansion)
Iridium

Most of those items on that list are not needed. Like bed rock. Who's gonna mine unbreakable bed rock? Same thing with spawn eggs. Who's gonna get spawn eggs? No-one. Same thing with the dragon egg. You only get one in the game. Why make it into EMC? Although, heads I can see happening. Same thing with enchanted books. Iridium though, I cannot see happening unless IC2 uses the ore dictionary for their ores and things (which I doubt they ore dictionary iridium). However, nice list though.

Other mods allow people to mine/make bedrock. And since it's a vanilla block, why not give it a value?
And the dragon egg... it's pretty much useless, so if you give it a ridiculous EMC value it might actually have a use =P

Same thing for spawn eggs. I know at least three mods that allow access to them =P

And if you look at the code, there's a add-on class for IC2 items, it doesn't matter whether iridium is registered or not in the ore dictionary.

Yeah, good point I guess...

A lot of these are purposeful omissions, but the end user will be able to set their own values via config files later on
