When taking red dust out Calcinator and Minium Stone out of Aludel - Crash {Latest Version}

Friend got this crash when he took red dust out.
Just took an in-sight to the crash, seems like Apple&Milk&Tea is part of the reason too...

First glance, looks like they (Apple&Milk&Tea) aren't adjusting the inventory size to proper array indices

Since we're 2.5 weeks without an update, I'm going to assume the bug is on Apple & Milk & Tea's end and not with EE3 and I will close this issue accordingly.
