When I try to launch minecraft 1.7.10 with Forge 10.13.3.1391 or higher it shows this http://pastebin.com/AhpUpdXn

I don't have any other mods except EE3 0.3.464

PD: Sorry if I have a mistake, I'm Spanish :D

Try 10.13.3.1388, I tried the newest and was getting errors like that.
The version above seems to work well and the other mods in my pack are working too.
