from my quick skim of my logs when I tried using this on my modpack with create and its loader mod flywheel it was just crashing my game. 1.18.1 forge 39.1.2. weirdly when went onto a world without create stuff on it it worked fine even when i placed create stuff on it

It must be another mod, I've been using this mod with create on 1.18.1 for some time and not had a crash caused by either of these mods

Its possible its the fact that the world i tested it on already had create stuff on it, when i made a new world it was fine, even when i placed create things
