Cant see the cloud clash particles or the 3d splash model (sodium btw)

1.19 sodium optimization and everything is on but i cant see the big splash or the cloudy particles

It seems the actual culprit is Particle Blocker
it straights up kills effective without any input from you
and you cant bring it back in the config
