I use Sodium with the Fabric Loader, and I use Mod Menu Mod to manage my mods.
After Version 1.3, Effective no longer shows up in the Mod Menu for some reason, I've checked and my version is correct and I don't see any issues.

Hopefully, this can be fixed since I really want to see some of the new effects added after 1.3.

Additionally, I don't know if this was fixed after version 1.3 but the Rain Droplet effects on the water are still active even in indoor settings.
