Bring back the prismarine shards that were floating around in the water in illuminations mod near oceon monuments

They were way too frequent in my opinion, but I still liked them. I'd like to add them back but I'm not sure how to do so without them being a nightmare like they originally were

Wouldn't it be possible to just add a frequency slider for the shard effect in that case? As well as maybe a lifetime value?
