okay this is not an issue but i want it to minecraft 1.17 and lower and the size is not big so i want it for my minecraft because i cant play 1.17+ because i dont have a vga

If by size you mean filesize of the compiled mod, that's not an indicator for the effort it'd be to port it.
Regardless, RAT does not do backports himself at all, sorry.
