Sword of Sapping is too spammable

I wasn't sure if I should post this as a bug, but it feels unintentional.
The sword of sapping always get's a flat amount of magic damage added onto it's attack, regardless of the amount of charge the attack has.
This makes it possible to rapidly heal by spamming attacks as every attack, no matter how low the charge, will inflict +2 magic damage which will also heal the player.
It would probably help if the magic damage dealt also scaled with attack charge.
I'll add a check to limit the attack speed of the magic damage. Perhaps it only takes effect when attacking at a certain strength.
