This would make a configuration refuse to connect until a certain option is specified (planned to work for nicks and channels). At the time that it would connect, it will instead display a warning message that a nick / channel has to be specified first, along with a command to easily do so.

This is intended for packs that want to require servers to specify a nick other than EiraIRC's generic random name or packs that don't want servers to all join the same channel but instead have them choose one themselves (without requiring the server host to go fiddle with the config file).

This should work for Twitch oauth too.
