It'd seem either the Sender or Reader thread of the connection is crashing, causing a reconnect without actually closing the old connection. This causes many duplicate connections and crazy nicks like XYZ____________.

Make sure that connections are closed properly even when crashing and see if we can get logs of the crash to fix that one itself too.

Haven't seen anyone experiencing this in a while now in both #PlayTPPI and #rr, so since the core issue that caused the duplicate connections is fixed I'm closing this.
