This happens with both Jenkins 160 build, as well as release build 152.

Also, attempting to do /servirc msg NickServ Identify Ihoc187 results in the following message:
7:53:30 PM NickServ]Ihoc187: Identify Ihoc187 ************
7:53:30 PM CONSOLE: (irc.esper.net)/INFO]: [(NickServ)] Invalid command. Use $l/msg NickServ help$l for a command listing.

This is a problem in that, the correct syntax is used, which if you are on IRC it is /msg NickServ Identify [nick]

This is preventing registered nicks from being able to authenticate with the IRC NickServ and be displayed with the Op Status (if so assigned in the channel)
