Support SSL Connections

I've got a BNC that listens on an ssl port 9210... I want to use it instead of directly connecting to the server.

Do you care about SSL certificates or should EiraIRC just trust all?

OS Trust store by default, option to override.

The latest EiraIRC (mc1.6.4-v1.7.0-beta-5, mc1.7.2-v1.7.0-beta-7 and mc1.7.10-v.1.7.0-beta) now adds basic SSL support.
