TabbyChat Compatibility Attempt #2

There's a new TabbyChat. Let's see if we can get it compatible this time.
There's an even newer TabbyChat now. Completely new codebase and better API.
Heh, good thing I procrastinated for long enough to not waste time adding compatibility for the old one :P Will probably get to it once my real life work has calmed down again.
I'm actually considering not adding my own tabbed chat to EiraIRC and just have people who want to have tabs install TabbyChat; then I don't have to reinvent the wheel (though I'll have to have a look at it first, haven't actually tried it yet).
