Reference issue: McJtyMods/DeepResonance#90

Due to your mod's most recent "release" file being 1.7.10, any 1.10.2 mod which uses your mod as a required file will encounter this issue where Curse will not find a 1.10.2 file for ElecCore causing it to default to the most recent 1.7.10 release. This obviously won't work with 1.10.2 and will cause the game to crash. If your most recent release were 1.10, it would still work because that would be what Curse would default to for downloading when the supported Minecraft versions didn't match.

I'm also going to mention to Curse that this should change to search for the most recent Minecraft version rather than the most recent release date file, but it couldn't hurt for mod devs to bring this up too.
