Issue details: I cant seem to be able to upgrade any wands with tier upgrades (novice to apprentice, apprentice to advanced ect.) I put the wand and upgrade book in their slots on the arcane workbench and when I press the button it makes the upgrade sound and animation but the wand is the same and the book is still there. Ive played with previous versions of this mod and did not have this issue.

Never mind, they changed the upgrade system. Should've read the change logs.
