Is there anyway to increase how many slots there can be on a wand via config?

Minecraft version: 1.12.2
Wizardry version: 4.2.5
Question details: Hi ! I am curious is there anyway to edit the configs or a command that let's me add more upgrade slots to wands ?

No, not currently. It has been discussed in the past and is something I'm thinking about.
