Issue details: When the player has a gravestone pet from Inventory Pets in their inventory, casting resurrection or being resurrected results in the player's inventory being deleted. (original comment)

(Do any other mods with item preservation e.g. TF charm of keeping, gravestone mods, etc. have this problem?)

Corpse Complex has a config where you can keep a certain amount of items on death, like half or whatever, with certain items always being kept if set in the config(like you can set a compass to always be kept), and using resurrection gets rid of any of the items kept.
