I am running a Roguelike Adventurers and Dungeons modpack server and have recently updated not sure if the issue is with the modpack or this mod but when I log in many spells are missing now even though I have look through changelogs and they haven't been removed in both the modpack and the mod itself.

I have recently figured out the issue as I did not realize that Electrobobs wizardy was downgraded in the modpack.
