Issue details: When the next/previous spell keys are bound to a mouse button, they won't work when the player is pressing one of the modifier keys (Ctrl, Shift or Alt). This means that, with the default bindings for those keys, the mouse buttons won't work when sprinting (Ctrl) or sneaking (Shift).

This is confirmed as a bug in vanilla (see https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-30691, it's a duplicate of the still-open older issue but it explains this specific problem better). Reporting it here for reference.
