Issue details: Changes to config file are not showing up in game (I am playing the mod on MC Eternal 1.3.7.1). More specifically, I tried changing legacyWandLevelling to true, but I still can't level up my wands without wand progression on survival mode. I also tried to change the tower rarity value to make wizard towers appear more often, but their spawn rate remained the same (I reduced the value from 900 to 2 to try to make this change as noticeable as possible due to the chances of spawning the towers being random and therefore somewhat unpredictable). I tried editing a config file for another mod and it worked fine, so I think I am editing the right file. If there's any more info I can provide, or anything else I can test, I'd be glad to help.
