Environment: Startup

Issue details: This crash occurs during startup (Forge loading animation with progress bar, before title screen), and persists even when reverting to Wizardry 4.3.0. This crash no longer occurs when reverting to 4.2.11.
At first I thought it was because Doomlike Dungeons configs might've been drawing from some item that no longer existed in the mod, but completely clearing its configs does not resolve the problem. Same for removing the Wizardry configs- still crashes.

Other mods involved: No other mods appear to be relevant

Config provided is from a crash that occurred before removing the DLD and Wizardry configs. Let me know if a config from a crash where they were reset is required.

Damn. Of course, I failed to realize I had Arcane Essentials installed...
