Option for spells to not be automatically discovered when using the /cast command, and possibly forfeit.

Minecraft versions: 1.12.2
Suggestion details: I would like if there was a config option that allows for the /cast command to be run through players, but still be able to fail/forfeit should that player not have unlocked the spell yet. This would be useful in custom mod-packs and puzzle maps that make heavy use of the /cast command.
Other mods involved: None.
