Suggestion details: I would like if there was a config option that allows for the /cast command to be run through players, but still be able to fail/forfeit should that player not have unlocked the spell yet. This would be useful in custom mod-packs and puzzle maps that make heavy use of the /cast command.

Other mods involved: None.

This is a nice suggestion, thanks. I think the best way would be to have an additional argument for the command that can be false or omitted for the regular behaviour, and true to follow survival rules.
