Suggestion details: I'd like to see options when giving myself a wand with /give for having wands with absolutely no cooldowns/infinite mana without having to reload. I know this is do-able with really high levels on some upgrades but it feels incredibly clunky and sometimes casting a spell isn't as smooth as with a regular vanilla wand.
