Issue details: When you shift click wand upgrades into the arcane workbench, it moves the whole stack rather than a single upgrade. If you upgrade while a stack is in the upgrade slot, it consumes the entire stack while only applying a single upgrade.

Note: I only tested this with Cooldown and Blast upgrades.
