Cooldown reduction /increase and spell scaling

Good afternoon from México, i have a question, are you still supporting ebwizardry 1.12.2? I have a modpack but my players are getting old and want some more action, im thinking about adding Scaling health mod so they could easily have more difficulty along to some cool weapons added by another mod (which has integration with yours as it adds some usable wands), we run with sklillapi plugin (class and skill creator) in magma server so im not concerned about knight or archer classes they are fully customizable but i cant do much with wizards class as electroblob is the core mod for them and i really dont want to change it because people loves your mod, i know i can just like configure the mod to make 5x - 6x times the damage when casting spells but it will break early game mechanics for all as a lvl 1 player will deal the same damage of a lvl 100 player, is there a way to customize them from a json or something like that?
